PvP and cave building

No teaming, no meshing, no mass soak. Raw competitive raiding with a 2-hour caging cap and enforced PvP cooldowns. No Tek Transmitter teleports out of a fight.

Cave building fully enabled on both PvP and PvE. Tesla coils in caves allowed. Build your dream rathole.

Zero Admin Abuse

Our admins handle reports and enforce the cluster rules. If you need help, open a ticket in Discord.

True Crossplay

Xbox, PlayStation, and PC all in one cluster. Find your tribe from the biggest possible pool of survivors.

Breeding and resources

150x mature speed. One cuddle gives 100% imprint, and anyone can imprint. Perfect stat dinos fast.

Resources stack up to 5,000. Combined with 15x harvest, farming is insanely fast and efficient.

Living Economy

Earn Gold Coins by playing and shop credits for ads, plus this season's drop economy: Snow Globes fuel the Propagator, Berry Bush Seeds summon bosses, and Cake Slices buy Crafting Skill Potions & Dino Color Tokens, all drop-only.

Global Cross-Server Chat

One chat across every map in the cluster. Talk, trade, and trash-talk in real time, no matter which server you're on.

Real Events

PvP tournaments, King of the Hill, vault events, giveaways, and community polls, plus a fully rebuilt loot ladder with jackpots on most Hard bosses and Titans, most Hard Genesis missions and the Astraeos Lime beam.

TEK and mod tools

All TEK engrams auto-unlock at level 120, and so do the JABBA Cloning Chamber and JABBA Tek Bow. No boss kills required to access end-game gear.

The Dino Gun unlocks at level 2: level up, neuter, rename, saddle and cryo your tames from one tool. The turret filler now tops up Tesla turrets too, in stacks of 1,000.

No-Wipe Cluster LIVE

A second 10-map cluster with no scheduled wipes. Same 15x harvest, same shop, and your credits work on both clusters. Build the empire a monthly wipe never allowed.

What happens on wipe day
When

Wipes are on the first Saturday of every month. The wipe servers go down Friday night while we crown the Alpha winners and reset everything. They come back Saturday afternoon, from 12 PM CT (1 PM ET, 10 AM PT), fresh and fully reset. The next season starts then.

Resets (wipe cluster)

Bases, tames, characters and engrams. Cluster Alpha scores. Kit cooldowns. Your Gold Coins in the F1 shop.

Carries over

Shop credits (they never wipe), your JABBA ARK Pass, Legend Division standing and the Hall of Fame.

No-Wipe cluster

No scheduled wipes. Your bases, tames and characters stay; normal decay still applies. Kit cooldowns do clear on both clusters, so your kits are ready again.

Before the wipe

Spend your Gold Coins first: they don't carry over. The wipe cluster's web shop is locked for 48 hours after the wipe (unless you're online on a No-Wipe server when you check out), so buy what you need before.

  • 7 days of raid protection, counted from the moment you place it. Place it where you really want it.
  • No-Wipe cluster only.
  • To get it, open a ticket in Discord while you're online on a No-Wipe server. Staff send it to your inventory.
  • It can't be demolished and nobody else can take it. It decays on its own after the 7 days.
  • Don't use the structure pickup tool on it. That destroys the flag and the protection with it.

Underwater caves are on The Island and Astraeos. Deep-sea crates are on The Island, The Center, Ragnarok, Valguero and Astraeos. Shallocis (Astraeos) and The Final Test have no Boss Jackpot. Tier names are ceilings, so what you get is often lower, and Epic shows as Ascendant in game.

Boss Adjustments
All bosses have 0.5x damage and 0.3x resistance. They're beatable but still challenging. Boss arena time is 3x longer and cooldown is 0.2x shorter so you can farm bosses more frequently.

Player Lookup

Cluster Alpha 2.0: how scoring works:

Kills: +1 pt a kill, ×1.5 vs a tribe on the board, ×2 vs a Top-5 tribe. On the board is not the same as registered. The board auto-enrols tribes, so ×1.5 is the normal case. Kill the same player twice and the second is worth the same as the first, with no taper. Only the killing blow scores: shoot from the saddle and it counts, but a blow landed by your tame or your turret credits nobody. Killing a tribemate or a tame scores nothing. Beach-bob camping still earns nothing: a victim under level 25 with under an hour played is worth 0, and past 400 kill points in a day you earn quarter value.
Structures: +0.1 pts each, flat. Your tribe does not have to be on the board first: its first destroyed structure enrols it, exactly like its first kill. There is no hourly cap and no reduced rate, so the last wall of a long raid is worth exactly what the first was.
Playtime: +1 pt/hr online (capped at +8/day): presence, not grind. Your tribe needs a name for it to count.
Deaths: −2 pts for PvP deaths only. Wild dinos, falls and starvation cost nothing, and neither does dying to a tribemate. Every member's PvP death comes off the same pool (a tribe's score never drops below 0).

Raids. Destroy 120+ of a rival's structures over 10+ sustained minutes while they're online, and break their defence (drop 2+ defenders, or they stop fighting back). Defending works: if the raided tribe kills one of the raiders in the last 5 minutes, the raid counts as contested and no points move. A detected raid does not move points by itself. It posts a proposal to staff, and 30% of their Alpha Score moves only when a staff member approves it. Left alone the proposal expires and nothing moves. Anti-farm: 24h cooldown per attacker/victim pair, a raided tribe is shielded 6h, and nobody is raidable below 25 pts. The cooldown and the shield both start at approval. Every raid posts to a live feed; admins can reverse a bad call within 24 hours.

Legend Division: your final score is banked when staff close the season at the wipe, and the banked total never resets. The season just gone counts in full; each older one is worth 85% of the one after it, down to a 30% floor. The season you're playing now counts once it's banked. Recent dominance matters most, but legends never fully disappear.

Tribes: your tribe's points are one shared pool. Your tribe scores from its first kill, or its first destroyed structure, death or hour played, registered or not: the board auto-enrols it, and claiming keeps every point already earned. What /add_tribe unlocks is /ca_base and season-prize eligibility. Automatic raid detection needs no registration, though an admin-opened offline /raid claim needs both tribes registered and waits for the victim tribe owner or an admin to confirm before points move. The scoring roster freezes 7 days after the wipe, or 7 days after your tribe first lands on the board, whichever is later. On the No-Wipe cluster that is 7 days from landing on the board. A member who joins after that earns the tribe nothing, though their own player score still climbs. Check your full point breakdown anytime with !ca_score. The #1 tribe holds the Cluster Alpha title.

Cluster Alpha: Season Competition

How to enter: Scoring starts by itself: the board auto-enrols your tribe on its first kill, destroyed structure, death or hour played, and every tribe starts at 5 points. Prizes and /ca_base still need /add_tribe in Discord. An unregistered tribe can top the board and still not be paid. Register, then set the base raiders must wipe; map + coordinates required.

Earning points: Kills, structures destroyed and playtime score automatically, and any of the three is enough to put your tribe on the board; kills on rival Alpha tribes are worth more. Raids are detected automatically but only pay out once staff approve them. Check your breakdown with !ca_score.

Raiding: steal 30%: Destroy 120+ structures inside a 90-minute window and over 10+ sustained minutes while they're online, and break the defence (drop 2+ defenders or they stop fighting for 10+ minutes). If the raided tribe kills one of the raiders in the last 5 minutes the raid counts as contested and nothing moves. A detected raid posts a proposal to staff: 30% of their Alpha Score moves when a staff member approves it, worked out from their score at that moment. Left alone the proposal expires after 48h and nothing moves. Admins can reverse a bad call within 24 hours.

No raid farming: Can't steal from the same tribe twice in 24h · freshly raided tribes are shielded 6h · nobody below 25 Alpha Score is raidable. Auto-enforced, and the cooldown and the shield both start when staff approve the raid.

Offline raiding is allowed in game, but Cluster Alpha only detects online raids. For an offline wipe, an admin can open a /raid Confirm/Dispute claim in Discord. Both tribes must first register with /add_tribe. Points move only after the victim tribe owner or an admin confirms. Detected raids move nothing until staff approve them.

About JABBA ARK

•Who we are. JABBA ARK (also known as #JABBA) runs unofficial community servers for ARK: Survival Ascended: a crossplay PvP cluster that wipes on the first Saturday of every month, and a No-Wipe cluster with no scheduled wipes. We've been running since June 2025.
•The business. JABBA ARK is a sole proprietorship operated by its owner in the USA. Our game servers are hosted on Nitrado, and we run, configure and moderate them ourselves.
•What we sell. Digital in-game items for our own servers: creatures delivered in cryopods (breeding pairs, tames and cloning bases), blueprints, armor, gear and Tek items, resources, base bundles, character ascensions and XP, and lootbox packs with published odds. We also sell JABBA Credits (shop credit), the JABBA ARK Pass (a one-time 30-day pass) and two hand-done services: Private Tribe Logs setup and Custom Cave Edits. Shop items and prices are listed on the Shop tab; JABBA Credits packs ($5 → 500, $10 → 1,000, $25 → 2,500, $50 → 5,000, $100 → 10,000 credits) are bought from My Profile → Buy Credits after signing in with Discord.
•Not affiliated. JABBA ARK is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Studio Wildcard or Snail Games. ARK: Survival Ascended and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. Items we sell work only on JABBA ARK servers.

Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase made through the Shop checkout and Buy Credits on jabbaark.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them, to our Refund & Delivery Policy and to the server Rules.

What you're buying
•Everything sold on this site is a digital item, service or credit for use on JABBA ARK servers. Nothing physical is shipped.
•Items have no value outside our servers and can't be moved to other servers. Selling or trading items, credits or accounts for real money is against our Rules and results in a permanent ban.
•Each product's contents and price are described on its Shop card.
Prices and payment
•All prices are in US dollars (USD). Where a card shows a crossed-out price next to a sale price, you pay the sale price. The total shown at checkout is the amount charged.
•Shop checkout accepts JABBA Credits, PayPal or card. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
•Buy Credits accepts card through Stripe, and the credits are added automatically once the payment clears. You can also pay by PayPal, Venmo, Cash App or Nitrado (through our Nitrado server's donation page) using the JB- reference code we give you; those credits are added once the payment is confirmed, usually by staff through a Discord ticket. A payment sent with a JB- reference code is a credit purchase and is covered by these terms.
•Card payments are only ever taken for Shop and Buy Credits purchases. Voluntary donations on the Donate tab are separate, are not purchases, and are never taken by card.
•For the first 48 hours after each monthly wipe, Shop purchases are paused unless you're online on the No-Wipe cluster when you check out. Buying credits isn't affected.
JABBA Credits
•$1 buys 100 credits, in packs of $5, $10, $25, $50 or $100.
•Credits are a store balance for our Shop and our Discord bot. They have no cash value and can't be withdrawn, sold or redeemed for money. Credits you send to another player with !pay are final.
•Credits aren't removed by server wipes and can be used for either cluster.
•Credits earned free (voting, the daily spin, giveaways and season prizes) follow these same terms.
Lootboxes
•Lootbox packs (5x Lootbox, Hero Lootbox Package and Titan Lootbox Package) contain randomized in-game items. Every box is rolled using the odds published in the Lootbox Drop Tables on the Kits tab.
•Every box gives an in-game item. Box contents are in-game items only, have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
•Lootbox results are final.
JABBA ARK Pass
•$9.99 buys 30 days of Pass Holder access, starting when your payment is confirmed.
•It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew automatically, and you're never charged again unless you choose to buy another pass.
•It includes the Pass Holder roles in our Discord and the in-game /Daily-Claim (one random lootbox roll every 24 hours; needs your Discord linked).
•When the 30 days end, the roles and perks are removed automatically. To keep them, buy the pass again in the Shop. Buying again while a pass is still active starts a new 30 days from that purchase; unused days aren't added on.
Account requirements
•To check out, you sign in with Discord and must be a member of the #JABBA Discord server.
•To receive in-game items, your EOS ID must be linked in Discord: type /linkdiscord, or paste your EOS ID in the link-account channel. HELPER then sends a 5-digit code to you in game, so you need to be online on one of our servers, and you type the code in Discord to finish. Each EOS ID can be linked to one Discord account. Items go to the character on the EOS ID you linked, so make sure it's yours.
•Orders are delivered on the cluster you play on (WIPE or No-Wipe). Characters, creatures and items don't transfer between clusters.
Age
•You must be 13 or older to use this site and our Discord. That is Discord's minimum age.
•If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission before you buy anything here.
Wipes
•The WIPE cluster is wiped on the first Saturday of every month. Every character, tribe, base, creature and item on it is deleted, including anything bought from the Shop and delivered there (items, creatures, ascensions and XP).
•Items lost to a wipe aren't redelivered. The No-Wipe cluster has no scheduled wipes; normal decay still applies.
•JABBA Credits and an active ARK Pass are not affected by wipes. Private Tribe Logs reset each wipe on the Wipe cluster and never reset on No Wipe.

Refund & Delivery Policy

Refunds
•All sales are final. We don't give cash refunds for Shop purchases, JABBA Credits, lootbox results or the ARK Pass.
•If something you paid for does not arrive, contact staff with your purchase details so they can check the order and arrange delivery (see below).
•If there's a problem with a charge, contact us first at jabba.ark.asa@gmail.com or through a Discord ticket so we can look into it and redeliver.
•Redelivery covers items that never arrived. It doesn't cover items or creatures lost after delivery, for example in a raid, a death or a wipe.
•Everything we sell is digital, so there's nothing to return.
How delivery works
•Items are delivered automatically in game. You need a linked EOS ID and to be online on a server in your order's cluster. If you are offline, the bot retries every 5 minutes. Delivery still needs a valid account link and an available server. See below for the 30-day retry limit.
•Saddles, blueprints, gear and resources go straight into your inventory. Breeding pairs, tames and some other rewards arrive in your Helena rewards: open the radial wheel, go to Helena → Rewards, and claim. Helena rewards stay on the server where they were delivered and must be claimed within 7 days, or they expire.
•If your EOS ID is not linked yet, the order waits for you to link it. If your character is dead, delivery waits until you respawn. The bot can then retry delivery. The bot messages you in Discord when an order is waiting on you.
•The ARK Pass is applied to your Discord account after the purchase is confirmed and needs no in-game delivery. Private Tribe Logs are set up by an admin after purchase, usually within a few hours. A Custom Cave Edit is a build service: after purchase the bot DMs you a purchase ID; open a ticket with that ID, the map, cluster, cave and what you want changed, and we'll confirm what's possible and arrange a time. Nothing is delivered to your inventory.
•If an order still cannot be delivered after 30 days, automatic retries stop. Open a ticket so staff can review the order and arrange the next step.
If something doesn't arrive
•If anything you paid for hasn't arrived within 24 hours, open a ticket in our Discord or email jabba.ark.asa@gmail.com, so staff can check the order and arrange delivery.
•Include your Discord name, your in-game name or EOS ID, what you bought, when you bought it (see My Orders on the Shop tab), and your JB- reference code or PayPal/bank statement if you have one.
•If only part of an order arrives, staff deliver the missing items by hand.
Cancellations
•Nothing sold on this site is a subscription or a recurring charge, so there's nothing to cancel. The ARK Pass simply ends after its 30 days.

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 15, 2026. This explains what JABBA ARK collects through jabbaark.com, our Discord bot and our game servers, how we use it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

What we collect
•Discord sign-in: your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar. We check that you're a member of the #JABBA Discord but don't store your server list. We don't receive your Discord email address or password.
•Linked game account: the EOS ID and in-game name you link, and when you linked them.
•Orders: the items and quantities, total, payment method, delivery status and server, lootbox results, the payment reference from Stripe or PayPal, and any JB- reference code.
•Card details: you enter them directly into Stripe's payment form. We never see or store your card number; we only receive the payment's ID, status and amount.
•Your account: JABBA Credits balance, ARK Pass status and dates, votes and historical invite records. Invite tracking has ended; old records remain. If you vote, the vote sites (ark-servers.net and top-games.net) tell us about your vote along with your in-game name or Steam ID.
•Gameplay on our servers: EOS ID, character name, tribe, level, kills and deaths, playtime, which map you were on and when you were last seen, and recent in-game global chat. Tribe chat is logged by Helena to a staff Discord channel so the bot can pick up kit commands typed there.
•Things you send us: support tickets (transcripts are kept in a staff Discord channel), reviews, suggestions, bug reports, staff applications and emails.
•IP addresses: our API uses them briefly to limit request rates and doesn't save them. When you join one of our game servers, the server records your IP address. Our bot compares it with IP addresses used by banned accounts, to catch ban evasion, and keeps only a scrambled one-way version of it for 30 days. If there's a match, staff get a private alert in Discord. Staff don't see or post your IP.
How we use it
•To sign you in, deliver what you buy to the right character, add credits, run the ARK Pass, answer support requests, run leaderboards, stats and events, and enforce the server Rules.
•Order details (your Discord name, in-game name and the items bought) are posted in staff Discord channels and delivery logs so staff can track and fix deliveries. The bot sends you Discord messages about your orders.
•We don't use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don't share your information with advertisers.
What other people can see
•Player Stats, leaderboards, the PvP activity feed and server lists show in-game character names, tribes and gameplay stats. Recent in-game global chat is shown on the site.
•If you link your Discord, leaderboards show your Discord display name next to your character name. Player Stats lookups by name also return that player's EOS ID.
•Reviews you post show your Discord display name, rating and text. The public review data also includes your Discord user ID.
•The site's live purchase ticker shows items and lootbox results without player names.
Services that process your data
•Stripe (card payments; Stripe receives your Discord user ID and order ID with the payment), PayPal (PayPal payments), Discord (sign-in, our bot, tickets and messages), Railway (hosts our bot, API and its data), Netlify (hosts this website), Nitrado (hosts the game servers) and Helena (the in-game rewards and tracking plugin on our servers).
•Fonts are served from this site. Discord invite counts and avatars may load from Discord. The Twitch player loads only after you choose Load Twitch player on the Live tab. Stripe's and PayPal's checkout scripts load only when you start a card or PayPal payment. These services may receive your IP address when they load.
•Venmo, Cash App and Nitrado payments happen on those services' own sites, under their own privacy policies.
Browser storage
•This site's own code doesn't set cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps your sign-in token (valid for 7 days), your linked in-game name and EOS ID, your shop cart (for up to 24 hours, so it survives signing in) and, while you sign in, which page to bring you back to. Session storage remembers whether you've seen the intro and dismissed a news banner.
•Logging out deletes the sign-in token from your browser. Stripe, PayPal and Twitch may set their own cookies when their content loads.
How long we keep it
•Paid order records, account links, credit balances and profiles aren't deleted automatically. We keep them so we can verify purchases and redeliver items.
•Unpaid checkout attempts are deleted once they're more than 24 hours old and the payment provider confirms they weren't paid. Raw game event logs are deleted after 30 days, and only the last 14 daily stats backups are kept.
•The scrambled one-way IP records from the ban-evasion check are deleted after 30 days.
•Our hosting provider's server logs can include your Discord username and ID, and are kept under that provider's retention settings. Discord keeps ticket transcripts and messages under its own policies.
Your choices and requests
•Email jabba.ark.asa@gmail.com or open a Discord ticket to ask for a copy of your data, a correction, removal of your EOS link, or deletion. We may need to confirm the request comes from the account owner, and we may keep records of paid orders where we need them for payment disputes or legal obligations.
•The Clear saved profile button on My Profile only clears the profile saved in this browser. To remove your EOS link from our records, contact us.
•Children: this site and our Discord are for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you think a child under 13 has given us data, email jabba.ark.asa@gmail.com and we'll delete it.
•The date at the top of this section shows when these policies last changed.
